- Booking: To book a transport service, customers must provide accurate details regarding the vehicle, pickup, and delivery locations. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.
- Payment: Payment for services is due upon booking or prior to vehicle pickup, as specified. We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. By booking our services, you agree to pay the quoted price for your vehicle transport.
4. Customer Responsibilities

- Availability for Pickup: You must ensure that the vehicle is accessible for pickup on the scheduled date and that you or an authorized person is available for vehicle inspection.
- Preparation of Vehicle: Customers are responsible for removing personal items from their vehicles and ensuring the vehicle is in proper working condition for transport. Any damage caused by personal items inside the vehicle is not the responsibility of Fast Auto Shipping.
5. Vehicle Inspection and Condition

- Pre-Transport Inspection: Before shipping, a detailed inspection of the vehicle will be performed. Any existing damage will be documented in the Bill of Lading.
- Post-Transport Inspection: Upon delivery, the vehicle will undergo a final inspection to verify its condition. If any new damage is found, it must be reported immediately.
6. Shipping Process and Timing

- Pickup and Delivery: We will make every effort to pick up and deliver your vehicle within the agreed timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, or other factors beyond our control.
